Steve Nabity stayed busy designing and creating functional pieces of furniture since his childhood. As a career Steve worked in several capacities of the construction world and currently operates a small woodworking shop building custom pieces of furniture and cabinetry for designers in the Omaha area.

My creative mindset changed when a metal sculpture artist that I had just met said to me "you aren't just a woodworker, you are an artist". That opened my mind to even more creative ideas. Creating a furniture piece that is a one of a kind and then someone is now enjoying it in their home or office is a great feeling.
